Dalli conceived the Aquarant in 1972. The original concept was to have the Aquarant built in an inlet, (Ocean or Lake) resting on four (4) Stilts, having the structure approximately 30 feet above the water. This was to allow clearance for water shows, such as Water Skiing around the Aquarant and under its bridge. The main entrance to the Aquarant is designed via a bridge from a Hotel to the second floor of the Structure.

A second application would be to construct the Aquarant on land. Instead of water shows outside the Aquarant, other Sports activities could be developed to add to its Attraction.

Mr. Dalli will pay a Finders fee to anyone that produces a Developer/Investor that is willing to purchase the rights from Dalli to develop the Aquarant . A 20% finder’s fee would be paid by Dalli, if such a transaction comes to fruition with the help of a Finder.
